BITTE BEACHTEN : Mit dieser Anmeldung gehst du einen verbindlichen Vertrag ein.
Sollte für dich der Kursbesuch nicht möglich sein - was ich jedoch nicht hoffe - ist eine Abmeldung zwingend.
Bei Abbruch wӓhrend des Retreats besteht keinerlei Anspruch auf Reduktion oder Ruckzahlung.
Die Teilnehmenden sind selbst verantwortlich für ihre Versicherung. Stornierungen und Abmeldungen haben zwingend schriftlich zu erfolgen. Mehra-Yoga ist an verbindliche Verträge gebunden und eine Abmeldung vom Retreat verursacht zeitintensiven administrativen Aufwand.
Stornierungsbedingungen:
30-15 Tage vor Beginn des Retreats: 50 % des gesamten Kurspreises verfällt
14-10 Tage vor Beginn des Retreats: 75 % des gesamten Kurspreises verfällt
Ab 9 Tage vor Beginn des Retreats: 100 % des gesamten Kurspreises verfällt
Volle Rückerstattung erfolgt, wenn die absagende Person eine teilnehmende Ersatzperson stellt und diese den vollen Kurspreis entrichtet hat. Kann eine absagende Person durch eine Person auf der Warteliste ersetzt werden, hat die absagende Person eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 90.00 zu entrichten.

PLEASE NOTE: With your registration you are entering into a legally binding contract.
Should it not be possible for you to attend the Retreat - which I hope will not be the case - you are required to give written notice of cancellation.
Should you withdraw during the retreat, then there is no entitlement to a reduction or refund.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Please note that a written deregistration/ cancellation is mandatory. Mehra Yoga is bound by obligatory contracts and a cancellation from the Retreat involves a lot of time-consuming administration.
Cancellation regulations: -
30-15 Days before Retreat begin: 50% of the total course price

From 9 days before Retreat begin 100% of the course price
A full reimbursement of Retreat fees is from 9 days before Retreat begin not possible, only if a replacement is found to take your place, or if we can take a participant from the waiting list. In this case we will charge a processing fee of CHF 90.00.-
