Cuisine at Centro Arte Retreat Centre

Organic, local produce are used, and all meals are freshly prepared. Meals taken in the conservatory or weather permitting, outside under the Pergola in the garden. Freshwater from the well in the garden as well as freshly prepared herbal teas available throughout the day.

Nutrition is an essential part of Yoga, the consumption of meat, fish, alcohol stimulates the thoughts too much and deflects from the essence of the retreat experience, hence all the at the meals at the centre are vegetarian and alcohol free. (vegan alternatives available upon request).

Centro Arte Retreat Centre cordially invites you to spend time at their Retreat Centre, the rooms are basic and lovingly designed. Be spoiled by the exquisite cuisine served using varied locally grown organic produce and to enjoy your time in the naturally designed surroundings.

Let yourself be carried away into a world of your own by the charm of the typical, historic stone houses and the wild natural surroundings of southern Switzerland.

The centre takes great care to preserve the original character, which is why the buildings are considered objects worthy of protection.
