For new students

As a new student, you may be intimidated by the group environment. Personal training sessions allows the teacher the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start and help you integrate into our group sessions.

A Personal Training or bespoke approach focusses on your individual needs, allowing you a deeper insight and understanding in adapting Yoga in daily life. This in turn improves personal growth and awareness.

Elements of Yoga therapy can be implemented for those with injuries or when facing a health condition, aiding safe practice which in turn promotes self- healing. Yoga therapy can also help manage health conditions and possibly reduce symptoms e.g., basic back care to stress reduction.
